Post-Primary Languages Ireland (PPLI) is committed to making its websites as accessible as possible, in accordance with European Union (Accessibility of Websites and Mobile Applications of Public Sector Bodies) Regulations 2020.
PPLI does not have any mobile apps.
PPLI websites are compliant with the World Wide Web Consortium’s (W3C) Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 level AA.
Our website implements the ARIA attributes (Accessible Rich Internet Applications) technique.
We support all major systems that comprise over 95% of the user market share including Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Apple Safari, Opera and Microsoft Edge, JAWS and NVDA (screen readers).
We are currently not aware of inaccessible content. While we aim to provide fully accessible websites, should inaccessible content be identified you can report any elements as not being accessible. We will review and either correct it or recognise its inaccessibility, committing to further reviewing to make that content accessible.
